Our approach to sustainability
We are committed to providing sustainable and circular catering services and facility services that have as little impact on the environment as possible. In addition to our focus on the environment, we also carry out tangible activities targeted at people, inclusion and areas of social fragility.
We have signed up with the UN’s 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, selecting the priority goals on which to focus our actions and projects.

WE USE PRODUCTS FARMED ORGANICALLY OR WITH INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT
to help reduce the use of antiparasitics, chemical fertilisers and weedkillers, and eliminate GMO.

WE RESPECT THE SEASONALITY OF PRODUCTS
to reduce the impact caused by greenhouse farming, which requires energy for heating, and imports from the other side of the globe, with energy consumed for transportation, storage and packaging purposes.

WE USE SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING
to reduce the impact of packaging which accounts for 35% of total solid urban waste.

WE SUPPLY ENVIRONMENTALLY-FRIENDLY AND EPD CERTIFIED PRODUCTS
to incentivise the use of disposable items with reduced environmental impact, which also enable the identification, mapping and analysis of all relative environmental impacts.

COMBATING FOOD WASTE
we work with charitable organisations for the recovery of food waste, we support Last Minute Market and its Spreco Zero campaign which seeks to educate people and raise awareness of the value of food with incentives for good practices.

WE REDUCE ATMOSPHERIC EMISSIONS
EMISSIONS with food processing methods that have negligible environmental impact. Along our logistics chain we carry out maintenance on our vehicles to make sure they remain efficient and limit fuel emissions.

WE SORT OUR WASTE
making it possible to recycle and therefore save on the resources used for disposal activities, while at the same time contributing to limiting pollution.

WE USE GREEN CLEANING PRODUCTS
qualified and selected following an analysis of their safety sheets. Centralised purchasing enables us to apply this analysis to 100% of the cleaning products we purchase. We prefer super-concentrated products in order to reduce plastic consumption.
